Can squirting water in your ear make you death?

No. First, the Word it deaf, not death. Deaf is when you can't hear. Death is when you die. Squirting water in your ear can not kill you. I guess if you squirt water in your ear under high enough pressure you could lose your hearing, but they make bulbs for flushing out your ear. I do it all the time when I get soap bubbles in my ear and the popping sounds drive me nuts. I rinse using the bulb full of warm water about twice a week. You can buy them at any drug store.
