How do you transfer files from one account to another on the same Mac computer?

On the Macintosh HD, inside the /Users/ folder, there is a folder called Shared. Any user can copy files to that folder, making them accessible by any other user account.

Each account also has a Drop Box folder within the Public folder. Files can be dropped into the Drop Box and will only be accessible to that account.
