Can the color of an existing tattoo be changed to a different color?

Most any tattoo can be touched up or recolored by a professional tattooist... Tho keep in mind this may be a lil' more painful than the original piece, as now we are going over scar tissue. All a tattoo is a colored and shaped scar resulting from the application of the ink.
