Does he often talk about other guys a bit too much? Has he ever complimented another guy as particularly good looking? I suggest you ask him. A 'no' is an obvious answer in most cases, but do not pursue the matter if you have no evidence to back it. Observe his activities. It should be easy enough to tell.
