First, we soak the dried gulaman bar or Gelatin bar (seaweed puree) in the water until it becomes swollen.
Then boil it until it becomes tender.
Add the all purpose flour to it.
Then add the rest of the ingredients, baking powder, black pepper, iodized salt and potato chips.
Then mix it until it becomes dough. Then slice it to little triangular pieces like the chips of nachos. Dry those first then deep fry.
