Are caddo parish schools out for Columbus Day?

For most years caddo parish schools have been active for this holiday, but early 2012 caddo parish along with bossier parish and many counties im Texas have considered Columbus day a true holiday , and atudents in caddo , bossier , and thoses selected texas parishes are out, so yes yo huys/gals are out!!!
