How can you get a phone number with 808 area code?

Other than moving to Hawaii, you could get a Voice-Over IP number (See http://www.answers.com/voip?cat=technology&gwp=13.%29 )

808netfone (see http://www.808netfone.com) offers 808 numbers, but the signup page does not let you select a shipping address outside Hawaii. The only other VOIP service (to my knowledge) with 808 numbers is Broadvoice. (see http://www.broadvoice.com). Also, Jconnect (see http://www.jconnect.com) offers a voice mail service that seems to allow 808 numbers.
