Who founded the Mexican Mafia?

The Mexican Mafia was founded by Luis ''Huero Buff'' Flores in the Southern California in the 1950's. They have control of the street gangs the Surenos, Mara Salvatrucha 13(MS-13) & Eighteen Street Gang to name a few. Their rivals are gangs under the Blood Alliance like the Bloods, Pirus, Nortenos & Brims. Gangs who identify themselves with the Mexican Mafia wear the colors light brown & white(sometimes blue too) & rivals which are gangs under the Blood Alliance wear the color red.

*They represent the number 13 cause the letter M is the 13th letter of the alphabet and the M stands for Mexican Mafia.
