How can you delete a toolbar on your home page?

To show or hide the "Navigation toolbar" or "Bookmarks Toolbar" included with Firefox (both are shown by default) or to show or hide other toolbars added to Firefox, go to the "View" menu, select "Toolbars" and click on a listed toolbar to select or deselect the toolbar.

Toolbar add-ons from third-party software providers can be installed in Firefox by visiting a website and clicking an "Install' link. If you want to delete those toolbars just uninstall the add-on that installed it. To do so, go to Tools - Addons - find the add-on that installed the toolbar, and click Uninstall.
