Who is mulla-do-pyaza?

he was one of the nine gems in the court of akbar the great;a highly intellectual person who was quite a close competitor of birbal;he was akbar's main chef who challenged that any dish could be made tasty just with the help of two onions(do in hindi/urdu means two and piyaz means onions)so does the name goes ---mullah do piyaza
