Well, sweetheart, blame it on the ancient Romans. They decided to mess around with the calendar, juggling months like they were starting a cosmic game of tetris. As a result, we ended up with some months feeling a bit shortchanged, with fewer days to call their own. Just be glad they didn't throw in an extra Febre-ary to really throw us off.
