What does the Afrikaans slang word piele mean?

Though not used offen anymore it use to be a an Afrikaans slang Word for "OK" or "100%" back in the 80's. Note the spelling "piele" NOT "pielle" wich is the prefious explanation.

Used as follows: "piele, kom ons doen dit" english translated : "great lets do it!"

Due to the confusion of the 2 Words the use of it is no longer acceptable.
