That depends on the condition of the coin. If the coin is not worn very much it can be worth more than its weight in gold. Take it to an appraiser and you may be happily surprised at what it is worth!

Look on the back of the coin to see if there's a small mint mark letter below the eagle. It may be blank or there may be a CC, O or S.
