How do you make a plot diagram on Microsoft Word?

you wanna know how? this is how if you get on Microsoft PowerPoint or even Microsoft Word you can click on my line( ) that looks just like that and make a triangular shape diagram. How do you write the Words? well you can type the Words regularly and than copy and paste you Words on the line.
