When is it legal to kiss?

It isn't elegal to kiss at any age, therefor there is no age for it to be legal. Most kids though have started kissing anroud age ten, or in other Words, fith through sixth grade. Even though there parents probably wouldn't like that until there at age seventeen. But no one ever listens to there parents.
