What songs were sung at the 2000 Olympics closing ceremony?

The Olympic opening ceremony featured Abide With Me which is the traditional FA Cup final hymn in England. Words by Henry Francis Lye

The other hymn performed was the Olympic hymn, although at the opening ceremony an instrumental version was performed as the Olympic flag was raised.
