HOW MANY CARBOHYDRATES IN STEAK
There are zero carbohydrates in plain steaks.
Plain steak of all kinds, such as sirloin, round/rump, porterhouse, T-Bone, tenderloin, fillet, filet mignon, strip, etc., contains no measurable carbohydrates.
However, if you coat your steak flour, breadcrumbs, pastry, seasonings, sauces, gravies, etc., then you start to add carbohydrates.
For free low carbohydrate charts and food lists showing how many carbohydrates you should have in total per day, and what foods to eat, and for the carbohydrates counts of the vegetables and fruits that are served with steak, see the page links given below. Use the charts as daily guides for weight loss, or weight maintenance once you have reached your target weight.
