As far as I know there many people in the world who believe in existence of higher and spiritual power. As we know there many religions in the world though it does not mean that whoever practices any religion is the believer of spiritual power. There some who use religion as a mean through which they can gain material things for sustaining their lives and those who can be considered to the really believers. So what is true is that many people do believe in higher power though it becomes great when the country or the world in general is involved in a difficult situation like war and calamities, and the great number of believers are women.
For in many cases it becomes very difficult for them to ask why are we believing in this or that? they are in many cases oppressed within religions but even though they continue to practice such religions and there a few religions which provide power to women but many of them especially the old ones don't accept it. So it show to me the women are actually faithful people though not all of them.
