Where was Edmund Hillary at when his wife and dauter died?

In 1975 while en

route to join Edmund Hillary in the village of Phaphlu, where he

was helping to build a hospital, Edmund's wife Louise and daughter

Belinda were killed in a plane crash near Kathmandu airport shortly

after take-off. Edmund became very depressed and it was said to be

his part of his life.
