im 5'3 and 21 and i was told by my doctor that an ideal healthy weight for me ranges from 115-125. At the time of my appointment i was 145 i felt overweight, now i am approx 122-125 it varies (based on water weight), and i feel great. very fit. However every body is different; in terms of bone structure, ethnicity, you may want to check in with your doctor to determine your ideal. hope this helped =)
