What can eat ladybugs?

Not humans. Ladybugs have a defense mechanism in which they eject an orange-ish liquid (that STINKS).

My dad tried to eat a ladybug and he was vomiting for 3 days and had to get an IV at the hospital because he was dehydrated. I suggest you not eat a ladybug. :)
