Where can you find a cheap dress for 8 th grade graduation?

Well, first off, I wouldn't go to like, wal - mart or somewhere in town. Because you never know what dresses other girls are going to get. So I would suggest going somewhere outta town. If you are on a strict budget, go to Suzy Sheir or somewhere not to expensive. But whatever you do, don't go to wal - mart. If people find out you went somewhere cheap, you will be made fun of. If you aren't on a strict budget, go somewhere where you can get a really nice dress that no one else will have. Or try online dress websites. Like newyorkdress.com ; it's a really good website :)
