Is there going to be a hover board?

Yes it's possible just look at the air cushion hovercrafts and we have air cushion hoverboards you can watch at YouTube.com But the problem is they need a gasoline leafblower power and they need a rubber air skirt to trap air inside and they are loud and unstable so they're hard to control making it too dangerous to be street legal. There is a Cyber Surfer ducted fan hoverboardtoy that does exist and yes it can hover and fly but sadly like the hiller flying platform it's not stabilized and it's hard to control. But if you're wanting a hoverboard like the Disney movie Treasure Planet, then you'll have to wait a long time because nobody has worked on it yet because it's a super hard project. There are people like Bill Butler from hovertech.com and Ben R. from hoverage.com working on it but so far they haven't succeeded yet. So don't expect self magnet hoverboards, hovercars by the year 2015 because it will be alot longer than that.
