Do snakes return after shedding their skin?

Yes they have got seven layers of skin and every five years they peel off one because it is too hard but when the get to the end of their seventh layer just before the rip them selves open their mind relaxes them and puts them to sleep during that moment the snake dies. So an average snake should reach up to thirty five years old.
