What is the dosage given of subetex on the start of opiate detox treatment?

with me i started on an 8ml dose , the first day then upped it to 10ml , i have been taking subetex now for over 6 months and have reduced the dose back down to 8ml , im on whats called a matinence program which is more of a long term detox because they have more sucsess with people staying of heroin for good with matinence programs rather than short term detoxs , .
