A game of drafts, also known as checkers, can end in a draw if neither player can force a win due to a lack of available moves or if both players agree to a draw after reaching a stalemate position. Additionally, if the same position occurs three times during the game, a player can claim a draw based on the "threefold repetition" rule. Finally, if a player runs out of time but their opponent does not have enough pieces to checkmate, the game can also be declared a draw.
