Can asthma color your lungs

Asthma itself does not color your lungs; however, it can lead to inflammation and damage in the airways, which may affect lung tissue over time. In severe cases or chronic asthma, this can result in changes to lung function and structure, but it does not literally color the lungs. Lung imaging, such as X-rays or CT scans, may reveal changes in lung appearance due to asthma-related complications, but these changes are not indicative of color in the traditional sense.
