Is it illegal for an 18 year old to date a 14 year old in Pennsylvania?

Dating is one thing, having sex another. The age of consent for a female in Pennsylvania is 16 years old. Thus, if anything were to happen it could put you in jeopardy. If the two of you have a fight, and she says something happened (even tough it didn't) you could also be in trouble. Four years is not a big difference, however, at this age I personally believe it is.
