I think 5.76 quarts in 23 cups. Not sure if my math is right though. Take 23 cups and convert to milliliters. 1 cup=237mL. In one quart there is 946mL. So 23 x 237. gives 5451mL. Divide by 946mL (amount in one quart). Which is 5.76 quarts in 23 cups.
