Can a color blind person appreciate art and beauty?

Yes, they can. My cousin is colour blind and she loves art. She says that she can learn and picture which colours should be where from the surrounding artwork. It may be different for other people but from personal experiences this is what she says. It also depends on which art it is. She also says that she struggles with abstract art but you would need to get more than one answer to be able to make conclusions, because even people who aren't colour blind see a piee of artwork differently to the next person; you will need to get more than one opinion though to be able to come yo any conclusions
