My iPod won't turn on

i had the same thing happen to me. My iPod broke like 3 days after i got it. my friend is an ipod pro and he said to hold the 'menu and center buttons' at the same time... if not then the 'play and center button' its an auto reset. if it doesnt work then something like the wire joints came undone in your ipod this also happened to me and i tryed the centor and menu button together and it turned on and your friend would of read the menu when u get an ipod because in the panvlit u get when u purchase a ipod it has press centor and menu button together and it worked for me aswell so yer.Try that
