No, it will never be permanent, I use Jerome Russell too. See if you can follow my logic, when u dye your hair, u dye only THAT part of it, as it grows, your natural hair isnt died either so when you get it cut, you cut off the color too, so in reality, there is no possible way to make it PERMANENT.
