In what situation would I need to choose a commercial roofing service versus a residential one?

In many cases a roofing company will do industrial, commercial and residential roofing. Normally one would call a commercial roofing company if it is a large span building. In that instance, load-bearing must be considered. Most of the time, a residential roofing company is the best choice for a home. I believe the price for a commercial roofing job will be substantially more costly.
