What does differential auto LSD mean?

Auto LSD means auto limited slip differential. This is a type of traction control function Toyota uses on it's vehicles in two wheel drive. If a wheel spins, braking is applied by the automobile's computer to discontinue the spinning. The wheel on the other end of the axle still propels the vehicle but the wildly spinning wheel's spinning is slowed. Historically a differential was used to accomplish the no wheel spin mode but using the brakes likely is the better way to go.
