Can a country be in another country?

Yes, there are countries called "enclaves", which are located inside Another Country, or are parts of countries located inside another country. Embassies can be considered enclaves and other good examples are the Kingdom of Lesotho, surrounded by South Africa, the Angolan enclave of Cabinda, in the DRC, and the Armenian territory in Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh.
