There are two locations that claim the first game of hockey was played there. The first is Kingston, Ontario, and the sceond is a small town in New Brunswick, both of which are in Canada. Although specifically, there are too many storiesto say where, it is certain it was in Eastern Canada. However, many arge thousands of years ago a similar game that sonewhat resembles hockey was played in Egypt that it was Egypt, the game is more of a Field Hockey and was very different in many ways and in no way connected to the modern hockey game.
