What are some pros and cons for minors getting tattoos?

There are more cons than there are pros..a few cons can be getting a tattoo before your an adult which means that your skin isn't fully developed..so its still growing and moving..the tattoo will move slightly and another con would be immaturity...you might not like the work that you had when you were younger...
