I have this spot on my leg that won't tan its not a scar. it just won't.?

If a spot on skin does not tan it could be because of a lack of pigments in that area. If the area is known to not be a scar that does not mean there is something medically wrong. A dermatologist can answer most questions concerning the spot on the skin that will not tan.
