How long does it take for a pain pill to start working?

it depends on the method that you take the drug. if you crush up the pill and snort it you will start to feel the effects within 5-10 min and peak within 20-30 min. If you just swallow it it can take 30-40 min just for the onset. but everyone is slightly different. i would recommend parachuting the painkiller though it is about as fast as snorting and there really is not too much of an onset and it will hit u like a freight train.
