How did Abraham sacrifice his son?

Actually Abraham didn't when sacrifice his son because in the bible it says that when he was about to sacrafice his son, God answered and told him not to do it. Abraham had shown his faith to god and god was pleased.

So Abraham didn't sacrifice his son.
