What does the bible say about black sin people?

Having read the New Testament and having made feeble attempts to read the Old Testament, I do not recall any mention of skin color in any part of the Christian Bible.

I presumed, because of the fairly narrow geographical location of the events of The Bible that the various authors were mostly olive or somewhat dark skinned as would be typical of the region, rather than black or white.

So, while you cannot likely find any black people in the Bible, you also cannot find any whites.
