System of farming used by the Aztecs?

A farming system includes input,processes,and output.Rainwater,soil nutrient and seeds are physical input while capital,machines and chemicals are cultural input.The process consists of ploughing,irrigation,sowing and harvesting.The outputs will be products and sometimes unwanted waste such as causing of water pollution.The farming products are divided into subsistence use and commercial use.Subsistence is using of food as the farmer and his family's food and commercial use is to sold food on market.
