The Shark Bite is a Mai Tai with a floater of 151.

Recipe

1 part spiced rum

1 part light rum

1.5 parts Orange Juice

1.5 parts PineApple Juice

Shack over ice.

Add in grenadine slowly, let it sink.

Adding 151 to the top.

Do no stir or shake after adding either the grenadine or the 151.
