Is it legal in the UK to have a pet seahorse?

I'm not sure sorry, but seahorses are starting to be labelled as endangered with 20 million being taken from the wild each year for traditional medicine, and another million as pets. In traditional medicine they are often dried and ground up, used for anything from an Asthma cure (not than it works) to an aphrodisiac.
