Can NyQuil cause a false positive for meth?

There is a web site that claims this, but I have found no reason to believe it will test you clean. Here's what happens.

You take a test, the lab finds it to be a little off, or you test positive for any of the known blocking agents. They redo the test, with a more sensitive reactive agent. Either way you lose.
