Why are special access of PAC's that the average person lacks a danger of PAC's?

Special access can be both a good and a bad thing. For people who have nothing but their ethics and politics to unite them, PACs can be a good thing. But for associations of corporations from the same industry, it could be (and in this writer's opinion - is) a bad thing. The corporations have financial resources that an individual just doesn't. In Washington, D.C., money talks, everything else that's not money walks. But together, united in a PAC, individuals can at least get their message heard, even if no one acts on it. Just getting your message across to Congress is an achievement.
