Does a custom paint job make a vechile worth more?

Fresh paint will always increase the value of a car. However, whether or not someone will buy it depends on the color and scheme of the paint job itself. For instance, the paint might be nice, but I'm not buying a pink car with a Viagra advertisement on it, no matter how good it looks :)
