Is George W. Bush a dry drunk?

First, "dry drunk" is an Alcoholics Anonymous term for someone who's stopped drinking without attending their meetings. According to the "dry drunk" mythos, if you stop drinking without attending their meetings, it's just a matter of time before you go back to drinking three bottles of Bourbon a day.

And with that...I have been a Drug and Alcohol counselor for the Army. I know what someone who's drunk right now looks like, and Bush looks to me like he's three sheets to the wind on a regular basis.
