Who owns the yacht espresso III?

It was owned by John Deveny, a hedge fund manager, but he sold it to a man in Florida. The new owners have it listed as a charter yacht to Futuristic Charters LLC. Francis J Tedesco was the signer on the yacht. It is currently in Nantucket, Mass. The only reason i know this is because I walked by it tonight and was wondering the same thing.
