What is the two sided contract between god and the hebrews?

I'm not sure if this is what you're inquiring about, but The Bible does mention that Jehovah God made a covenant with Israel, one with stipulations. If they obeyed His commands and followed His principles, they would be blessed abundantly. (Deuteronomy 11:13-15, 23-25) If they disobeyed however, there would be dire consequences that would befall them. (Deuteronomy 11:16-17 & 28)
